Holiday camps
What ages do you take?
3 to 15. Groups are split by age so the youngest are not swept along by the oldest.
What are the camp times?
Camp runs from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. If you need it, early drop-off opens at 8am and late pick-up runs until 6pm.
Is there an extra charge for early drop-off or late pick-up?
Yes. Early drop-off (from 8am) is £10 a day, and late pick-up (until 6pm) is £10 a day, so £20 a day if you need both. Tick what you need on the booking form so we know to expect you.
What should they bring?
A packed lunch, a drink bottle, suncream or a coat depending on the weather, and trainers they can run in. Nothing else.
My child does not really like sport. Is it still for them?
Yes. There is a craft table running all day alongside the sport, and Coach Melanie is an arts and crafts specialist with 20+ years in education. Plenty of children spend half the day there and have a brilliant time.
What happens if it rains?
Nothing much. The hall is the main base and there is more than enough indoors to fill a day. Outdoor time is a bonus, not the plan.
Where are the camps?
Our October half-term camp is at Frith Manor Primary School, N12 7BN. Venues can change from one holiday to the next, so the holiday camps page always shows the latest.
Booking and prices
How do I book a holiday camp?
Fill in our booking form with the camp, the days and how many children, and we will get back to you to confirm your place. If you would rather talk it through, give us a call.
How much does camp cost?
£40 for a full day, or £140 for the whole week (Monday to Friday), which works out at £28 a day. If you book two weeks or more, each week is £110.
Do you do sibling discounts?
We do. Mention it on the booking form, or call us, and we will sort it out.
Safety and care
Are your coaches DBS checked?
Yes. Enhanced DBS checks are essential and mandatory before any coach works with children, alongside two references, identity and qualification checks, and annual safeguarding training. Read our safeguarding statement or meet the team.
What if my child has additional needs?
Please get in touch or call us and talk it through. Coach Melanie has worked in a specialist SEN school and has experience supporting a wide range of individual needs. We would rather have the conversation properly beforehand than guess.
Who is your safeguarding lead?
Cameron Edwards is our Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Dylan Mcdonald is the Deputy. If you are ever worried about a child, call us and ask for either of them. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999.
After-school clubs
How do I book an after-school club?
Places go through your school’s own booking system, so ask the school office. Not sure whether we run a club at your school? Ask us.
How much are after-school clubs?
£8 to £10 a session. The exact price depends on the school and the club.
For schools
Do you work with schools?
Yes: PE PPA cover, wraparound care and extra-curricular clubs, delivered by our own coaches. See for schools or send us an enquiry there.
Still got a question?
Ask us anything about camps, clubs or bringing us into your school.
